Recovery Life Coaching
Build the Life Recovery Made Possible
You have learned a great deal about yourself. Now comes the work of living differently. Private coaching helps you turn recovery knowledge, faith, and self-awareness into rhythm, structure, self-trust, and real-life change.
Many of my clients voice these concerns
You Have the Insight, But Nothing Has Changed.
You have done the reading, the therapy, the programs. You understand yourself better than most people ever will. And yet the patterns persist. The gap between knowing and doing feels impossibly wide.
You Look Functional, But You Are Quietly Unraveling.
From the outside, your life looks intact. Career, relationships, responsibilities: all managed. But inside, you are running on fumes. You know something has to change, but you cannot afford to fall apart.
You Want Real Change, Not Another System That Fades.
You have been through enough to know that willpower alone is not a strategy. You need something grounded, practical, and built for the life you are actually living, not a program designed for the masses.
About the Work
I believe people deserve more than insight…
They deserve support for the life they are trying to live.
With nearly 20 years in the helping profession, I have worked at the intersection of counseling, coaching, addiction recovery, behavior change, and program leadership. I have seen what happens when capable people understand themselves deeply, yet still struggle to close the gap between what they know and how they live.
My work is not therapy, and it is not broad life coaching. It is a private reintegration coaching for those who are rebuilding trust in themselves, reconnecting with who they are, and creating a life with more structure, steadiness, and self-respect.
How Coaching Supports You
What Recovery Life Coaching Helps You Build
Turning Insight into Action
You already understand a great deal about yourself. Coaching helps you translate awareness into grounded decisions in real daily life.
Building Rhythm and Structure
Sustainable change needs structure. Coaching helps you build daily rhythms that support recovery without becoming another obligation.
Rebuilding Self-Trust
When patterns have repeated for years, trusting yourself again takes practice. Coaching creates steady space to rebuild confidence.
Practicing Healthier Choices Daily
Change happens in ordinary days, strained conversations, and full schedules. Coaching meets you in the middle of real life.
Moving Forward with Faith and Grace
For those whose faith is part of recovery, coaching creates room for wisdom, surrender, and practical spiritual grounding.
The Foundation
Rooted in Grace. Built Through Practice.
This work is grounded in the belief healing is not only about trying harder. It is about grace, surrender, wisdom, and learning how to participate in the life God is helping you rebuild. Faith is not a program add-on here. It is woven into how we understand identity, struggle, change, and hope.
Whether you are returning to faith, deepening it, or simply open to it, there is room here for honest, mature spiritual conversation alongside the practical work of building a different life.
“He makes all things new.”
Not by erasing the past, but by redeeming it.
The Process
Here's How It Works
Book a Consultation
We begin with a focused conversation about where you are, what you have already tried, and what you are genuinely hoping to build. This is not a sales call, it's a real exchange. You will leave with clarity, regardless of whether we work together.
Develop Your Reintegration Blueprint
Together, we map the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Not just in terms of behavior, but identity, structure, nervous system, and daily life. Your blueprint is specific to you, not a template.
Move from Insight to Implementation
This is where the real work happens. With ongoing support, accountability, and honest guidance, you begin to live differently, not just understand differently. You build the internal architecture for sustainable change.
