Welcome!
I’m an accredited health and life coach, counselor, and writer—also known as a facilitator of transformation, professional overthinker, and firm believer that laughter is, in fact, the best medicine (second only to coffee).
My passion is helping people navigate change, break free from the noise of the world, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. The truest version of ourselves exists beyond fear, expectations, and old narratives. I believe growth begins when we choose truth over fear, curiosity over complacency, and celebration over struggle. When we release what no longer serves us, we create space for clarity, confidence, and a deep self-belonging.
I’d love to walk alongside you on this journey.
So grab some courage, and let’s embark on this journey with curiosity, openness, and a spirit of adventure!
How I got here
Growing up in the Colorado countryside just east of the Rocky Mountains was a mesmerizing place to grow up. I had space to dream! My imagination stretched as far as the horizon, and I spent my childhood writing stories, exploring, and fully believing life would always feel that free.
In adulthood I began to struggle with direction. I wasn’t someone who always knew what I wanted, so there wasn’t a clear path forward. I dabbled here and there, believing in my future despite the murky waters. But then life got real. The rug was pulled out from under me, and my world crumbled.
What followed was a multi-year identity crisis, one that included, but was not limited to: trusting the wrong people (horrible idea), making terrible decisions (even worse idea), and questioning everything I had ever believed in (existentially exhausting).
And just when I thought I was finding my way back, another wave of setbacks hit, and then another. I struggled to find my footing, I struggled to believe in myself. I was also battling a mysterious illness that took seven years to diagnose. Turns out, all these calamities were an excellent fast-track into a midlife crisis! Yay.
The whimsicle wild child was finally snuffed, and I was officially ready to re-introduce myself as a Professional Downward Spiral.
Radical self-compassion, self-exploration, and a whole lotta faith helped me break free from limiting beliefs and reclaim my identity…
And then…
Somewhere between the questionable choices and the Why, God, why? moments, I realized waiting for clarity to reveal itself was uselesss. If I was going to heal, I had to do it while I was still stumbling. I had to move forward even when the path looked like it had been designed by an indecisive toddler with a crayon.
So I did. I researched, I questioned, I fought my way through. And in the process, I discovered something life-changing: healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to yourself. It’s about uncovering the person you were always meant to be—whole, worthy, and deeply connected—to yourself, to others, and to the life you were made for.
Whether you’re recovering from trauma, adjusting to an unwanted plot twist, or feeling like life has handed you a script you definitely didn’t audition for, I’m here to walk with you. My coaching blends compassionate listening, self-exploration, accountability, and faith-based encouragement—plus a strong belief in celebrating progress, no matter how small.
I believe we’re all recovering from something—the losses, the disappointments, the unspoken wounds we carry. Too often, pain plays out in our relationships, causing us to disconnect, armor up, or reenact old patterns without even realizing it. But no matter the stories of the past, there is always hope to rewrite the script—to stop performing, to know our worth, and to reclaim a life of gratitude and empowerment.

Our moments of joy invite connection and gratitude while also reminding the mind/body/spirit of deeper meaning and purpose.
